Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to our dedicated warehouse in Texas, USA. 

We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Note: if the product was damaged upon receipt, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. Should you wish to return a product for any reason, please contact us first.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Conditions for returns
Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.
The product must be returned unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.
Please note:
We cannot accept returns on personal care products such as gels, creams, or hair products if the seal has been broken or the product has been opened. This is for hygiene and safety reasons.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
